We offer a variety of services, trainings, programs, Substance Abuse Disorder & Mental health service connections, all designed to empower and uplift the 2S, Transgender and Gender Diverse LGBTQIA + community.

- Enroll in the R.G.C.A.
- Become a Rainbow Global Ambassador (RGA) or Rainbow Global Clinical Ambassador (RGCA) *Must complete all classes to have acronyms behind their name.
- 6 modules
- Cost for training: Coming soon
- 4 modules (held on Saturday & Sunday) for non-clinical folx
- Cost for training: Coming Soon
- *We offer payment plans and discounts when five or more employees sign up from the same organization, agency, school, etc.
- Classes are held on zoom (virtual)
- Hours Pacific time: TBA
- Saturday and Sunday
- 2 tracks*
- Clinical 40 hours (Licensed folxs, therapist, psychologist, Counselors, etc.)
- Non-clinical 20 hours (peers, parents, family, individual, anyone)
- Certificate given when completing the RGC Academy.

- RGC LOGO Given to a MH /SUD program, Peer Support, RCO, Tribal office, to use on their website that has 15-30 staff trained 2 times a year (fee once a year to use logo)

At Rainbow Global Collective, our mission is to provide Training, support, and resources for the 2S/LGBTQIA+ Transgender & Gender Diverse community in Behavior Health and Substance Use Disorder programs. We strive to create a safer and inclusive environment for all Treatment Programs & individuals by offering trainings and consulting.

We have a list of programs of licensed therapists, counselors to provide individual, family, and group therapy to LGBTQIA2+ Adults & youth struggling with mental health concerns, such as anxiety and depression.

We offer safe spaces for LGBTQIA2+ Adults to connect with peers who share similar lived experiences and provide support for each other thru zoom for free once a month (Topic varies each month)
Educational Workshops

Our workshops cover a variety of topics, such as coming out, healthy relationships, and navigating discrimination, Minority stress, LGBTQIA2 101, Gender 101, and the list goes on.
Community Events
We organize events where LGBTQIA2+ Adults can socialize, have fun, and build a sense of community. We also have conference and events where everyone is welcome!
Legal Advocacy
List of lawyers/organizations to provide legal services to LGBTQ+ adults & youth, including name and gender marker changes, immigration assistance, and discrimination cases.
Volunteer Opportunities
We welcome LGBTQ+ allies to join us in supporting our mission and making a difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ folxs.
